Happy first post to meeee!
Well, not technically, as I started a blog almost 8 months ago, but it got lost with school and the other million things eating up my time. But it's time to buckle down and fit this lil' thing into my schedule. Working for the man? Going to school? Maintaining a blog? Sure, why not.
Here's a few things: I'm busy. I gots things tah do. I'm going to a private art school full time, as well as working a million bajillion hours a week in order to attend said school... yafeelme? Anyway, posts may come in clumps, or they may only come once a month. Who knows. We're just gonna go ahead and try this shindig and see what happens.
I'm also a broke college student. I have the luxury of being able to work for all my schooling (hahaha luxury... can you tell I'm trying to be positive?), so although I fawn over designer pieces, and when I say fawn, I mean covet, obsess, drool, and any other synonyms you'd like to add in, I would have to forgo rent or school bills to afford the things I truly adore (kudos to the ones' that do.. you guys have bigger balls than I). So, you'll see the same stuff, possibly even the same outfits, more than once, if not 50 times over. But it is what it is. I'm going to school so that I don't have to always live that way, so bare with me until I'm rich and famous (y'all might be bored of me by then).
I wear cheap jewelry, cheap clothes, and well, yeah. Cheap is my middle name. So is Top Ramen. To that I will also say... I don't judge. If you want to buy quantity or quality, go for it. If you want to buy a $700 scarf, by all means, blow it all baby! To each their own, and I firmly believe that applies to everything about fashion. I support it all! yagattadoowhatchagattadoo.
I'm from the Pacific Northwest. Do I love it? Sure, just as much as anyone loves where they're from. Yes, it rains all. the. time. Yes, we did break a record for the longest streak of rainy days in a year (something like 160? I probably should have Googled that). And yes, I say bag like bayg.
So now that you've read my small novel... I am a fashion design student living in Seattle, side-steppin' the rain drops one leopard print garment at a time.
Now, for the outfits...
